Exchange Solutions Wins Best Prepaid Innovation Award

One-to-one customer engagement experts recognized for ESSO Price Privileges Plan

TORONTO, Aug. 8, 2013 /CNW/ - Known for its development of effective one-to-one customer engagement solutions, Exchange Solutions has been awarded the Best Pre-Paid Innovation Award at the PX Prepaid and Payments Awards, for the Esso Price Privileges fuel savings reward program.

The Price Privileges program enables Imperial Oil to offer the market an Esso branded fuel savings card with the unique feature of a locked-in price option.  This option is an industry exclusive benefit that sets the price that a customer pays for each litre of fuel they buy. In April and May of this year, Hyundai dealerships offered customers the benefit of paying only 99 cents per litre each time they fill up at an Esso branded retail location, regardless of the advertised price at the pump.

The incentive was deployed to its dealer network by Hyundai Auto Canada Corp., had tens of thousands of unique participants, and is expected to drive significant fuel volume and new relationships to Esso branded retail stations across Canada.
