Executive Search Professional Joins Stanton Chase Washington/Baltimore Offices

BALTIMORE, July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Kathleen Lehman Hajek, an executive search professional with more than 20 years of experience, has joined the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore offices of Stanton Chase as a Director.

The announcement was made by Mickey Matthews, Managing Director of the Washington and Baltimore offices and International Chairman of Stanton Chase (www.stantonchase.com). Stanton Chase is a global retained executive search firm with more than 75 offices in 45 countries.

Hajek is based in Raleigh, NC and will focus much of her activity on the Research Triangle Park and Charlotte, as well as with a national client base.

Hajek is a member of the firm's Health Care & Life Sciences, Private Equity, Professional Services and Non-Profit Practice Groups.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she was a Partner with two boutique firms specializing in the health care industry. Hajek began her career in executive search as an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles. She also served as Manager of Recruiting for Deloitte in the Chicago office.

During her career, she has recruited C-level executives as well as key leaders in finance, strategy, business development, marketing, human resources and administration in healthcare, life sciences, technology, and non-profit sectors. Hajek has worked with venture capital and private equity firms, placing strategic leaders for their portfolio companies.

Hajek holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, degree from the University of Michigan. She also studied abroad at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain.
