Meir (Iri) Zohar, the company's founder and first CEO, will be returning to his native Israel. Meir, a serial entrepreneur, will remain an executive within the company, leveraging his deep knowledge of the data driven advertising world to continue to help eXelate grow.

A digital industry pioneer since his days as a Group Director at Modem Media-Poppe Tyson in 1997, Zagorski joined eXelate as Chief Revenue Officer in April 2008 and was instrumental in launching the business in the U.S., where the company is currently headquartered. Under Mark's direction, the Company debuted the eXelate Targeting eXchange, unveiled the first Data Management Platform and introduced the first private data marketplace for publishers.
Previously, Mark was EVP, Chief Marketing Officer at MediaSpan, a software and online advertising services company for over 1,000 local media properties. Prior, he was President of WorldNow, the leading online network of local television news media properties. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business and a BS in Finance from Gannon University, where he was awarded the University's Distinguished Young Alumnus Award.
