NEW YORK, July 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainers at the famous Rick's Cabaret New York City and their customers get to make a fun fantasy choice between good and bad during a three-day party starting tonight (July 19th).  The club's Heaven & Hell party will range over all three floors of the Midtown Manhattan club at 50 West 33rd Street that is part of the publicly traded Rick's Cabaret International, Inc.
