BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Red Butler announced new Team Productivity Portal with set-up and management capabilities for multi-user accounts. Based on research with early-adopter team-sharing clients, the following new services are available immediately.
Team On-Boarding - Red Butler's online portal creation automates new Team Productivity Portal set-up, team branding and team invitation management for immediate sharing of administrative support hours.
Time Sharing and Personal Add-Time - Through Team Productivity Portal settings a monthly pool of hours can be shared freely, or a team admin can limit hours at the team, subgroup or individual level. And if, at any time, an individual team member needs more hours they can make a personal purchase, and those additional hours are available only to them.
Team Request Visibility - Team members sharing a Productivity Portal can now copy co-workers on administrative tasks delegated to Red Butler. In-process team requests are visible to everyone, then archived and searchable after completion.
Team Account Metrics Visibility - Through Team Productivity Portals, a team's account metrics--productivity metrics, hours used, hours available, and requests completed--are visible to all team members. In addition, individual productivity scores and peer to peer alerts promote utilization.
