Expanding Orthopedics Inc. Former ISASS President, Prof. Le Huec, Head, Ortho-Spine Department, Bordeaux University Hospital, France, will present one-year follow-up data with the FLXfit™: "One Year Follow up of Patients after TLIF Using a 3-dimensional Expandable Cage for Lumbar Fusion with Lordotic Correction". Data was collected together with Dr. Morrison, Dr. Rigal and Dr. Schnake.

Prof. Le Huec explained that "The FLXfit enables in-situ lordosis correction in a simple and effective surgical procedure. The cage's unique angular expansion allows to dial in the lordosis angle and to fit it to the patient's anatomy." He noted that "all patients underwent a successful instrumented TLIF procedure without any short term complication. Lordosis correction of 8° (± 2.1°) was achieved, allowing restoration of the sagittal alignment with no cage subsidence".
