The ceremony, which took place on 16th January, saw Expedia scoop two awards- Innovation in Travel Award for Expedia Hotel View and the UK's favourite Online Booking Website, as voted for by readers of the Mail group newspapers.
Expedia Hotel View is the first service of its kind, which combines customer reviews, hotel pricing in information with location based imagery from Google StreetView to give people a clear impression of the area surrounding their selected accommodation and the chance to take a virtual walk around, so they can book with confidence.
