Experian Health named as market leader in 2014 KLAS Patient Access Report

The report looks at how enterprise vendors performed across several different categories. Experian Health ranked highest in all categories, including Eligibility Verification, Address Verification/Patient ID, Propensity to Pay, Preauthorization/Precertification, Registration QA, Patient Responsibility Estimator and Point-of-Service Collections.
Additional findings from the report show that 23 percent of the providers are looking to add patient-access functionality to achieve an enterprise workflow environment or consolidate to a single vendor partner.
