ExpressMed Opens New Urgent Care Location in Gahanna, Ohio
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ExpressMed Medical Centers opened its second Urgent Care location in Gahanna on October 20. The ExpressMed Gahanna Urgent Care is located at 445 Rocky Fork Blvd off Hamilton Road next to the Kroger. The Gahanna center offers the same level of medical care and amenities patients have come to expect from ExpressMed's original Hilliard location.
ExpressMed's board-certified physicians and board-certified family nurse practitioners practice in a state-of-the-art facility providing treatment for serious, but non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. They treat a range of medical needs from cold, flu, fever, rashes, aches, pains and backaches to minor burns and abrasions to broken bones.
ExpressMed also offers a wide array of primary care services such as health screenings, chronic condition management, flu shots, and school, camp and sports physicals. In addition, its occupational medical services include Department of Transportation physicals, occupational health exams, drug testing, and care for injured workers. The Gahanna facility has onsite x-ray and CLIA-certified laboratory testing, and dispenses common prescriptions for the convenience of our patients.
ExpressMed physicians are on-site every day. ExpressMed Gahanna is open seven days a week, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., including most holidays.
