Extech Building Materials Acquires New Jersey Stone Supplier and Fabricator Pasvalco
Acquisition to help Extech enhance capabilities and increase its breadth of service
NEWARK, N.J., June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Extech Building Materials, an industry-leading provider of building materials and services for professional builders and contractors, announced today that the company has completed the acquisition of Pasvalco, a natural stone supplier and custom stone fabricator in Closter, N.J. with a long reputation for quality and integrity.
