PHILADELPHIA, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- eXude, Inc. is proud to announce the hire of Kimberly Fox as the new Employee Benefits Practice Leader. In this position, Kimberly will support the Employee Benefits division by managing the Large Group Consulting team and by building on eXude's strategic consulting capabilities. Kimberly will focus on ensuring client satisfaction and work to continually improve eXude's client deliverables, services and expertise.

Kimberly brings twenty years of HR expertise to the eXude team. Prior to joining eXude, Kimberly worked for the Hay Group where she started as a Benefits Manager and later transitioned into the consulting practice. She also has her MBA from Temple University and is CEBS certified. Kimberly has worked with employers across a wide range of industries and of all sizes – from small employers to some of the largest in the world. She helps clients design total reward programs that are aligned with strategic initiatives and organizational goals. Kimberly also gives employers the tools and resources needed to motivate and reward employees in a manner which drives employee behaviors and engagement.
