According to Dave Ellis, a sports dietitian with over thirty years of experience, sports nutrition has evolved drastically over the past decade.
"Through science, we know a lot more about the complex nutritional needs of high performance athletes. It should come as no surprise that our eyes are like any other organ in our body.
