FacilityONE was chosen from a field of top national providers by a committee of CHI executives.

A scheduled rollout is planned across the CHI enterprise in 19 states. The FacilityONE solution will serve as the catalyst in driving CHI's defined change management at the facility level, ensuring facility optimization and sustainable cost management. The implementation also will enable process measurements, enterprise-wide reporting and knowledge sharing for the CHI National Facility Management Group and will serve as a model "best practices" industry benchmark.
