Fall In Love With Veggie Grill's Indulgent New Menu

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Veggie Grill, the largest plant-based restaurant company in the U.S. with restaurants from coast-to coast, has introduced its fall menu with a variety of innovative and flavorful items that deliver the best the plant-based world has to offer. Veggie Grill has also re-opened at UCLA. The UCLA menu which is all digital will feature new and popular items from Veggie Grill and its sister restaurants, Stand-Up Burgers and Más Veggies Vegan Taqueria.

As more people today eat less meat and lean into a plant-based diet, Veggie Grill continues to develop dishes that explore ways for its guests to indulge on cravable, familiar items with a twist. The new menu features delicious creations such as the Meatball Sub that meat and veggie-lovers alike need to taste to believe, the Cajun Fish Fillet Sandwich that allows guests to enjoy a classic fish sandwich while being good to our oceans, a Steakhouse Burger that features a brand new vegan blue cheese that tastes like the real thing, and the Kimchi Beef Bowl, which is full of health-promoting veggies and fermented kimchi.

The new menu offerings include:

• Meatball Sub – House-made meatballs topped with pomodoro sauce, melted mozzarella, arugula, and basil pesto on a toasted ciabatta roll.
• Cajun Fish Sandwich - In partnership with Good Catch™, a classic fish-fillet sandwich that features a crispy fish fillet, lettuce tomato, pickled celery, and Cajun devil sauce on a toasted brioche bun.
• Steakhouse Burger - The newest addition to the Veggie Grill plant-based burger line-up featuring a Beyond Burger patty, caramelized onion sauce, blue cheese crumbles, iceberg lettuce and horseradish. This burger highlights the latest in plant-based cheese innovation, a vegan blue-cheese that that replicates the flavor of true aged blue-cheese. • Kimchi Beef Bowl – Packed with immunity boosters: kimchi cous cous, roasted ginger yams, roasted baby tomatoes and roasted garlic broccoli, topped with marinated bulgogi beef.
• Double BBQ Mac Burger - This burger shows that our guests can have it all in the plant-based world. Double Beyond Burger patties with lettuce, creamy ranch, and BBQ sauce topped with mac & cheese and served on a brioche bun. Rolled out previously as an LTO, based on its popularity this burger has now made Veggie Grill's permanent menu.
