ARCHBOLD, Ohio, June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $850 million, at their regular meeting on Friday, June 18, 2010 declared a second quarter dividend of eighteen cents ($0.18) per share. The second quarter dividend is payable on July 20, 2010 to shareholders of record date as of June 18, 2010.
