Founded by co-owners Joey Giannuzzi and Mitchell Robbins, Farmer's Table Express offers guests the option to purchase fresh, ready-to-go sandwiches, salads, and snacks as well as the components of their favorite Farmer's Table dishes and other unique offerings to prepare easily at home. Savory sauces, and dressings to enhance any dish will also be available; along with Organic cold pressed juices, and a wide array of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

The concept was created as the South Florida community was eager for healthy choices to quickly prepare at home. Many of the dishes found at Farmer's Table Express will be vacuumed sealed which allows the meals to maintain their freshness longer, retain more nutrients and customers can pick up meals for the week saving time and travel. These items will already be prepared and ready to eat. Just simply bring a small pot of water to boil, heat and enjoy.

For quick, healthy pick-me up snacks, the store will offer tasty items like Almond Butter Oat Date Bites, Chia Pudding Parfait, and Spicy Eggplant Dip.
