DALLAS, Jan. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DB&A, a Dallas-based management consulting firm, introduced Farrah Copp as Talent Acquisition Manager on Tuesday. Copp, who recently served as Senior Recruiter for Children's Medical Center in Dallas, joins the firm in the newly created role, a position created at the end of 2012 as part of an ongoing endeavor to optimize recruiting and hiring efforts within the growing firm.
"Our people are DB&A's most valuable asset, and to help strengthen that position, we discovered an opportunity to create a position solely dedicated to ensuring that we hire the highest level of talent available to DB&A," said Michael Owens, CEO of DB&A.
Copp, who holds a Bachelors of Science in Community Health Promotion from the University of New Mexico, will be responsible for enhancing the existing recruiting and hiring process currently utilized by DB&A.

The creation of the Talent Acquisition Manager position follows the development of a new competency and professional development plan created in 2012 by DB&A. The firm also announced an improved compensation plan for Consultants and Project Managers at the end of 2012.
