Fast Dolphin receives NMSDC certification as Minority Business Enterprise
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fast Dolphin has been officially certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Southern Florida Minority Supplier Development Council, a branch of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). To qualify for this certification, at least 51 percent of a business must be owned by individuals in a racial minority. The Hispanic qualification specifically refers to owners with Mexican, South American or Caribbean heritage. The council connects Minority Business Executives to others in order to promote further opportunity and diversity. Applicants must pass an interview process that involves the board of the NMSDC before receiving approval.
