Fauquier Bank Hires New Senior Executive for Commercial and Government Lending in Prince William County

Phil Quintana is the newest Senior Executive for The Fauquier Bank (TFB), headquartered out of Warrenton, VA.  Mr. Quintana will oversee the Bank's commercial and government contractor lending team in Prince William County.  TFB's new Branch and Lending office located at 8780 Centreville Rd., Manassas, VA, will be opening late summer and will house Mr. Quintana and his team.

His experience and leadership will greatly expand the bank's capacity to serve our commercial customer base, and bring our high touch style of banking to other businesses in the area.  He will be part of the Bank's senior leadership team and help guide the bank's growth in the Prince William market.

The Fauquier Bank offers commercial real estate loans, acquisition and development loans for subdivisions and industrial parks, small business loans, lines of credit, as well as equipment financing.  TFB is ready to meet the dynamic banking needs of companies serving the federal, state and commercial markets.

Mr. Quintana brings over fifteen years of banking, finance and leadership experience from some of the largest banks in the industry and has led teams through acquisition and/or expansion in retail, small business and commercial banking.

Mr. Quintana earned a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY.  He continued his education, completing the Consumer Bankers Association, Graduate School of Retail Bank Management and completed the Effective Leadership Institute of Leadership Greater Washington. Mr. Quintana resides with his family in Prince William County.
