Favorable Government Policies Accelerate the Chain Operation Progress of Prosperous Agriculture

SHENZHEN, China, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Intermost Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: IMOT, which filed an application to change its name to Uni Core Holdings Corporation, and referred to as "UCHC"), an experienced "company doctor" and aggressive "incubator" of mid- to large-size companies in China, explains the policies and regulations relating to the agricultural resources chain operations of its recently acquired company, Shaanxi Prosperous Agriculture Limited Company ("Prosperous Agriculture").

The Chinese government has for the past seven years issued the Central First Document with the main focus of supporting the development of agriculture, rural areas, and rural residents. The government has, since the successful amendment of 'The People's Republic of China Agriculture Law' by the National People's Congress on December 28, 2002, further pointed out that: to stimulate domestic demand, the key lies in rural areas, there should be proactive development of agricultural products and agricultural resources chain operation in order to enhance the modernization and efficiency of the circulation mechanism.

On December 17, 2003, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives jointly issued "Opinions on Promoting Development of Agricultural Resources Chain Operation" and suggested that products currently appropriate for developing chain operation include: seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural film, and farm machinery, among others. Local agriculture, industrial and commercial administration departments should fully understand the main purpose of developing the chain operation of agricultural resources, should highly regard the tasks of promoting agricultural resources chain operation and cultivating industry leaders to create a favorable external environment for the development of this operation.

On December 24, 2008, the State Council stressed that its purpose was, "To promote the reform of fertilizer distribution system. To allow various types of investors to enter into the field of biological fertilizer circulation, encourage and support the development of large-scale biological fertilizer distribution companies."

Especially since 2009, policies of supporting agriculture and benefiting farmers are frequently introduced, especially since the beginning of 2009. On March 9, 2009, eight ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Agriculture, jointly issued a document pointing out that all relevant departments should make their best efforts to promote the construction of agricultural resources circulation networks and to improve the circulation system, building an agricultural resources distribution enterprises with sales in the billions within three to five years' time.
