FBEC Worldwide, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent with European Distributor and CBD Product Line

CHEYENNE, Wyo., Oct. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FBEC Worldwide, Inc. (FBEC), a beverage company with intellectual property formulas and marketing capability for the production and distribution of proprietary beverages, is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with CBD Globe Distributors Ltd. to distribute the Company's WolfShot™ Hemp Energy™ shot throughout Europe and the United Kingdom. According to the terms of the LOI, the Company will also partner with CBD Globe Distributors' proprietary CBD product line, the Ma Brand, and manage sales, marketing and distribution in the United States.

The LOI not only gives the Company access to an established distribution channel throughout Europe for their flagship WolfShot™ product, but also enters the Company into the rapidly expanding CBD market. CEO Jason Spatafora explained, "Partnering with CBD Globe Distributors is a synergistic and strategic move that greatly benefits both parties, shareholders and the collective brands themselves. I have been actively searching for ways to break into the CBD market in the most efficient & cost effective way possible. Before entering into the LOI, the Company consulted with mCig, Inc. as they had previously signed a Master Distribution Agreement with CBD Globe Distributors. mCig, Inc. verified the effectiveness of CBD Globe's European distribution channel. mCig management determined their bandwidth would be more effectively utilized by focusing on their own proprietary CBD oil brand, which has been selling quite well from what we understand.
