February 7th, 2011, SOAProjects, Inc. Acquires Majority Stake in appsROI, Inc.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SOAProjects, Inc. (SOAProjects), a leading provider of accounting and advisory services, today announced their acquisition of a majority stake in appsROI, Inc. (appsROI).  The combined businesses will provide customers an end-to-end solution. This combination is also expected to result in a stronger global services organization by leveraging appsROI software, designed to work with SOAProjects existing Oracle clients. appsROI Oracle E-Business Suite applications, will result in a stronger Oracle expertise for our clients. Historically, accounting firms and software companies have worked independently and have not been able to help clients fully capture both operating and cost efficiencies in Oracle environments.  SOAProjects and appsROI will offer a joint solution to more effectively support Oracle ERP, including implementation, upgrade, security, and GRC, along with Segregation of Duties (SOD), Automated Access Provisioning (AAP) and Transaction Monitoring for a more effective and efficient audit in the Oracle environment.
