Feria Familiar Puts On 2017 Free Family Health Fair
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- KWHY-TV Channel 22, 93.5 KDAY and The Los Angeles Academy of Arts and Enterprise, along with Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis, have announced the return of the annual free family health fair, "Feria Familiar" scheduled for Sunday, October 22 at Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles.

Feria Familiar offers mammogram screenings, blood pressure screenings, diabetes screenings, health seminars, vision and dental screenings, food trucks, arts and crafts, games, prizing and activities for kids.
The Feria Familiar Entertainment stage, presented by Care 1st, Ashley Furniture and Head Start will feature author and nutritionist Giselle Hernandez, live music from Mass Appeal and El Compa Negro, Zumba, yoga and cross-fit demonstrations. The entertainment stage starts at 11:00am and continues until 4:00pm.
93.5 KDAY-FM and Power 106's personalities will be onsite and will provide live DJ mixing and games. Feria Familiar is a free family event with free parking for attendees.
