
Fibra Uno Announces Advance of Taxable Income Distribution
MEXICO CITY, Aug. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Fibra Uno (BMV: FUNO11) ("Fibra Uno" or "Trust F/1401"), Mexico's first real estate investment trust, announces that it paid today the advance distribution of taxable income to the holders of its Certificados Bursatiles Fiduciarios (CBFIs) in the amount of Ps. 127.68 million, or Ps. 0.3021 for each of its 422,575,223 CBFIs. This distribution corresponds to the Trust's performance between April 1, 2011 to June 30, 2011. Of the total distribution of Ps. 0.3021 per CBFI, Ps.0.0918 corresponds to return of capital and Ps.0.2103 corresponds to income.

Under Mexican law, Fibra Uno must pay out at least 95% of its annual net taxable income to CBFI holders at least once a year. Fibra Uno announced the distribution in its second quarter earnings report, after it was approved by the Trust's Technical Committee.
