
Fibra Uno Announces Advance of Taxable Income Distribution
MEXICO CITY, Nov. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Fibra Uno (BMV: FUNO11) ("Fibra Uno" or "Trust F/1401"), Mexico's first real estate investment trust, announced today that it paid the advance distribution of taxable income to the holders of its Certificados Bursatiles Fiduciarios (CBFIs) in the amount of Ps. 159.69 million, or Ps. 0.3779 for each of its 422,575,223 CBFIs. This distribution corresponds to the Trust's performance between July 1, 2011 and September 30, 2011. Of the total distribution of Ps. 0.3779 per CBFI, Ps.0.18448 corresponds to return of capital and Ps.0.19346 corresponds to income.

Under Mexican law, Fibra Uno must pay out at least 95% of its annual net taxable income to CBFI holders at least once a year. Fibra Uno announced the distribution in its third quarter earnings report, after it was approved by the Trust's Technical Committee.
