Fieldglass Named Top-Performing VMS Provider in Staffing Industry Analysts' User Experience Survey
Survey Reveals How Buyers and Suppliers View Vendors within the Services Procurement Industry
CHICAGO, Jan. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Fieldglass, Inc., the leading technology provider to procure and manage contingent labor and services, was named a "Top Performer" in Staffing Industry Analysts' first annual customer loyalty and satisfaction survey. The survey was conducted in conjunction with the firm's 2010 VMS and MSP Supplier Competitive Landscape report, which named Fieldglass the largest Vendor Managed System (VMS) provider.
Fieldglass was one of only three VMS providers in the upper 25th percentile in customer loyalty scores, earning the "Top Performer" designation, and one of four named a "Top Overall Performer," scoring high in loyalty with both buyers of contingent labor and staffing suppliers.
Fieldglass earned praise for its technology and customer service. One supplier labeled the Fieldglass solution "best in class," while another declared it to be "flexible and intuitive." A Fieldglass customer provided a more in-depth review, saying "Fieldglass has been instrumental in not only allowing us to manage our processes effectively, but they have influenced how we've evolved our program as well. While their software has been a wonderful addition to our program, it's their staff's sincere engagement, industry knowledge and partnership that we've benefited from the most."
"We appreciate the efforts of Staffing Industry Analysts for such a large but necessary undertaking," said Jai Shekhawat, CEO, Fieldglass. "Innovating in the VMS market will always be a priority, but we are equally pleased to see our customer service organization recognized through this survey. Creating positive customer experiences is a cornerstone to our business."
Staffing Industry Analysts surveyed more than 2,000 buyers and staffing providers between May and July 2010 to determine the highest customer loyalty and satisfaction with VMS solutions and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Those interested in the 2010 VMS and MSP Supplier Competitive Landscape report can still access it here through Fieldglass' corporate site.
