Throughout the day representatives from the Centers for Disease Control and Walgreen Pharmacists will be on hand to address health issues and administer free flu shots.
RIVERDALE, Ga., Oct. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Celebrities, physicians, financial advisors, chefs, and women and girls from greater Atlanta assemble for the Black Women's Roundtable (BWR) Healthy Wealthy Wise National Empowerment Tour, Saturday Oct. 22, 8 AM to 4 PM. There will be a luncheon featuring actress and producer, Vivica A. Fox (Independence Day, Kill Bill); Demetria McKinney (Tyler Perry's House of Payne); Riverdale Mayor Evelyn Winn Dixon; and the first African American female fire chief, East Point Fire Chief Rosemary Cloud. The event is free and open to the public.
