Why:	Latinos now make up more than half of the students in California's public schools, many of who will soon be heading to college. While roughly 30 percent of all community college students are Latino, only 60 percent of those students are financial aid recipients, leaving a large portion of Latino students who are not taking full advantage of financial aid opportunities.
