First Annual James River Jam Salutes the Military on Veterans Day

WILLIAMSBURG, Va., Oct. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The first annual James River Jam will be held Friday, November 11, 2011, at Busch Gardens' Royal Palace Theatre in Williamsburg, Virginia. The charity jam session is presented by Tempus Jets and Busch Gardens, and will benefit An Achievable Dream Academy, Folds of Honor Foundation and Eastern Congo Initiative, organizations dedicated to improving educational opportunities for children and young adults.

Event organizers chose the Veterans Day holiday in honor of the local military personnel living and working in the region. A portion of the concert tickets will be given to local military bases for complimentary admission to the James River Jam.
