DUNMORE, Pa., April 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- First National Community Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Markets Group, Inc.: FNCB), the parent company of Dunmore-based First National Community Bank, today announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010, and its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

"Our 2010 and 2009 results, which were previously reported with the filing of the Bank's Call Reports for these periods, reflect a very challenging period for FNCB and the banking industry as a whole," said Steven R.
