Capital Markets Leader to Strengthen Firm's Capital-Raising Platform and Enhance Investor Engagement

RED BANK, N.J., Oct. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- First National Realty Partners (FNRP), a leading national private equity commercial real estate firm, announced the addition of Andrew Lucas as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Lucas will play a key role in advancing FNRP's capital-raising strategy and enhancing engagement across the firm's accredited investor community.

With more than 15 years of experience in capital markets and investor relations, Lucas brings a proven track record of building and managing successful fundraising platforms for private real estate firms.

He will also be responsible for developing resources that provide transparency and timely insights, reinforcing FNRP's commitment to keeping investors aligned with the firm's long-term strategy.

Prior to joining FNRP, Lucas served as Managing Director of Capital Markets at Trion Properties, where he oversaw investor relations, capital raising and strategic communications. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse capital base—including high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutions—helping scale fundraising programs and deliver consistent results. His hands-on approach and broad experience across asset types and capital channels have contributed to more than $1.5 billion in real estate capital formation.

Lucas began his career as a commercial real estate broker and has held positions across investment sales, real estate debt and equity platforms. He earned a bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree from the University of Baltimore.
