First New Outlet Center In California In Over A Decade Opens Thursday, Nov. 8

LIVERMORE, Calif., Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Outlets Livermore Valley, the first new outlet center to open in California since 2001, will welcome shoppers for its grand opening weekend celebration Thursday, Nov. 8 through Sunday, Nov 11.  Developed by Paragon Outlet Partners, a commercial real estate development firm headquartered in Baltimore, the $150 million, 543,000 square foot outlet center with 130 leading designer and top brand name stores, will proudly serve the Greater San Francisco Bay region.

Paragon Outlet Partners will officially open the area's newest outlet shopping center at its Champagne & Confetti Grand Opening Ceremony, near the outlet center's Food Court, Thursday, Nov. 8 at 10:00 a.m.  And, beginning at 5:00 p.m., Diablo, a leading lifestyle magazine, will host an invitation-only VIP Grand Opening Party complete with:
