Branch Unveils New Video Wall and Provides Convenience for Commuters and Customers Living and Working Downtown; Celebrates with "FirstBank Fridays" giveaways starting May 30
LAKEWOOD, Colo., May 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstBank Holding Company, the Lakewood-based holding company for the second largest bank by deposits in Colorado, today announced a new location at 1777 16th Street in Denver. The new, 2,500 sq. ft. branch is located in the brand-new One Union Station Building located on the corner of 16th and Wynkoop streets in downtown Denver.
Taking advantage of the increased visibility and revitalization of the new Union Station development, FirstBank's new branch is designed to provide the efficient service its clients have come to rely upon, while crafting a fresh branch aesthetic that is modern and technology-driven. RNL Design was contracted by the bank to implement design and construction of the cutting-edge branch. The branch features a new, high-tech video wall that faces the 16th Street Mall. The video wall will play a variety of content to catch the attention of pedestrians traveling to and from Union Station. The unveiling of the new video wall will be on their grand opening date of Wednesday, May 28th.
Ron Tilton will serve as the Denver Market President overseeing the new branch. FirstBank relocated employees from its nearby locations to staff the new branch including Aimee Love, Denver Market Vice President.
"We are so happy to be a part of the new Union Station here in Denver," said Ron Tilton, FirstBank president of the Denver market. "We have a great opportunity to provide convenience and quality service to customers who live or work downtown as well as those that are busy commuting through Union Station on a daily basis."
Customers who receive FirstBank's "treasure chest key" mailer or visit the new branch from May 28 through July 28, 2014 will be entered to win several cash prizes including a grand prize of $1,500. As part of the grand opening celebration, FirstBank will also be hosting "FirstBank Fridays" at its new Union Station branch on May 30, June 6, June 13 and June 20.
