FirstKey Lending Wins "SFR Lender of the Year" at Real Estate Finance & Investment's Annual Financing Awards

NEW YORK, Feb. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On February 4^th, at its annual awards lunch, Real Estate Finance & Investment recognized FirstKey Lending, LLC ("FirstKey"), as the leading provider of loans designed specifically for investors in one- to four-family residential rental properties, naming them "SFR Lender of Year" for 2015.

Real Estate Finance & Investment assessed firms based on their track record of exceptional performance, customer satisfaction, and innovation over the period between November 1, 2013 and October 31, 2014.
