FivePoint Communities Receives "Best Master Planned Community of the Year" Award for Pavilion Park
IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FivePoint Communities received one of the real estate industry's highest honors this week as Pavilion Park, the first of the Great Park Neighborhoods, was named "Best Master Planned Community of the Year" in the country by the National Association of Homebuilders.
Called "The Nationals," the awards presented in Las Vegas at the International Builders Show recognize and honor the year's most outstanding work in residential real estate sales, marketing and design. It is the nation's largest competition for new home sales and marketing professionals and communities.
Pavilion Park was lauded for unique design elements that reinforce that "life will be different here" through the use of trails, mature trees, a large central park, greenhouse and outdoor entertainment areas.
