Flameret, Inc. Announces the Imminent Launch of High CBD Cream for the Skincare Market

VENICE, Fla., September 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Flameret (OTC: FLRE) announced today that it will launch Cannasone™, a hemp cream rich in CBD (cannabidiol) within about one week. The company recently announced the launch of Cannadol™ (high CBD hemp oil) and also confirmed that the company is now shipping orders for Cannadol™

The skincare cream will be sold in 8oz bottles through its wholly-owned subsidiary Royal Hemp Corporation. Each 8oz bottle of Cannasone™ will be infused with 200mg of CBD (cannabidiol) derived from industrial hemp. The company is currently restricting sales geographically, to the United States only. The product will be marketed through Royal Hemp Corporation, the company's recently formed Colorado wholly-owned subsidiary. 

A study published in September 2013 in the British Journal of Pharmacology detailed how cannabinoids (CBD "cannabidiol is a cannabinoid) can potentially play a role in the treatment of diseases. Researchers looked at the impact of phytocannabinoids (plant derived cannabinoids) on the epigenetic regulation of skin differentiation genes. Further scientific studies are required.

Scientific and clinical studies continue to emphasize CBD's potential (although unproven through scientific studies) as a possible treatment for a wide range of conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, alcoholism, MS, chronic pain, schizophrenia, PTSD, antibiotic-resistant infections, epilepsy and other neurological disorders. CBD has demonstrated neuroprotective and neurogenic effects, and its anti-cancer properties are currently being investigated at several academic research centers in the United States and elsewhere. However, none of the statements regarding Cannasone™ or the potential therapeutic benefits of cannabidiol have been evaluated by the FDA.
