FlatRate Moving™ Urges Brooklyn Residents to Join Them in Prospect Park Walk-a-Thon 2011

NEW YORK, Sept. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 18th, FlatRate Moving will be sponsoring the Prospect Park Walk-a-Thon for the second year in a row.

Last year, FlatRate Moving sponsored the Prospect Park Walk-a-Thon 2010 with the goal of raising funds to help maintain and grow what has become "Brooklyn's Backyard" – Prospect Park. This year, as always, FlatRate Moving is excited to once again sponsor the Prospect Park Walk-a-Thon. FlatRate Moving is calling on the Brooklyn community to join them in the walk-a-thon to raise funds for park repairs, and re-beautification of the Prospect Park area.

Last year's Walk-a-Thon had a great turnout – and we're hoping to get double the turnout this year!"
