Fleksihus and S-One Agreement to Increase the Global Scope of Modular Housing
Swedish modular housing specialists Fleksihus have signed a five-year exclusive contract with Korean engineering solutions provider S-One.
STOCKHOLM, Dec. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Fleksihus AB, the Swedish creator of cutting-edge modular housing, has announced the signing of a agreement with South Korea-based S-One, an engineering company specializing in the production and installation of accommodation units. The parties have agreed a 5-year renewable exclusive agreement to cover Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand for land based accommodation solutions.

The S-One agreement comes on the back of Fleksihus agreeing two major development projects in Sweden based upon their premium "Fleklusiv Design" product. Also, the Fleksihus management team revealed that advanced discussions are taking place for in pursuit of similar development projects for their mid-range "Fleksmart Living" and economy "Fleksafe Build" products.
