
Flint Announces Closing of Senior Notes Offering and New Credit Facility

CALGARY, June 8 /PRNewswire/ - Flint Energy Services Ltd. ("Flint") announced today the closing of its offering of $175 million aggregate principal amount of 7.50% senior unsecured notes due 2019 (the "notes"), pursuant to a private placement in Canada and the United States. The notes were issued at 99.0% of their face amount. The net proceeds from the notes offering will be used by Flint to repay the remaining outstanding indebtedness under its term loans and for general corporate purposes. In conjunction with the closing of the notes offering, Flint has also entered into a new $175 million senior secured revolving credit facility with a syndicate of banks. The new revolving credit facility which runs until 2015, replaces the previous revolver credit facility.
