Florida Cleaning Solutions Company Claims Coveted 'Industry of the Year' Award

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Gator Cleaning Solutions; a commercial facility care provider based in Odessa in Tampa Bay, recently won the prestigious Service and Distribution Industry of the Year award at the Pasco EDC ceremony on September 2nd, 2014.

The annual event, which is now in its 28th year, is held in recognition of the achievements of companies in Pasco County. In order to be nominated, companies must have demonstrated significant growth or must have made "contributions to economic development and quality of life on Pasco County during 2013/2014" (Pasco Economic Development Council).

31 nominees were present at the awards ceremony and accompanying exhibition, and Gator Cleaning Solutions were successful in securing the prestigious Service & Distribution Industry of the Year award, in recognition of the significant growth that the company has shown in the last year.

In 2013, Gator Cleaning Solutions purchased new warehouse and office premises, and also invested nearly $200,000 in new equipment, enabling them to expand the range of their services, which now include restoration work and residential floor care.

Whilst focusing on this expansion plan, Gator Cleaning Solutions have also worked on building on their existing client base, which currently spans 12 counties in the Tampa Bay area.
