Flowfinity Mobile Solution Selected by NBKC Bank to Streamline Loan Inspections
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Flowfinity Wireless Inc., a proven provider of enterprise mobile apps, today announced that it has been selected by NBKC Bank (NBKC) for mobile inspection reports to facilitate building and construction loans.
NBKC selected Flowfinity software to quickly implement customized mobile apps that its field inspectors use to record information about the progress of construction projects, budgets, and fund control disbursements for loans.
NBKC adopted a mobile platform to improve the efficiency and accuracy of its field inspections, which were previously recorded on paper forms. Flowfinity enabled NBKC to replace handwritten information with mobile forms and empower its field and back-office staff with real-time information collected from the field.
Using Flowfinity custom-built mobile forms, field inspectors can report on all of the different stages of each construction project, ranging from framing, painting, and interior finishing, to fund allocation and more.
Requirements for the solution included the ability to work offline without network coverage, and build customized forms and workflows on mobile devices. It was also important for the solution to be flexible enough to adapt to the bank's existing business processes as well as accommodate future use cases.
Flowfinity integrates with NBKC's existing fund control software, allowing information to be pulled from the fund control software, pushed to mobile forms, and returned with inspection data filled in.
