Mark has appellate experience in state and federal appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Mark has briefed, argued, and worked on appeals in a variety of practice areas, including employment law, commercial disputes, and Constitutional issues. Mark graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law (J.D. 1997).
Alyssa Yatsko, Associate with Holland & Hart, focuses her practice in the area of Labor and Employment where she concentrates on the representation of management in the areas of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and employment-related torts. She has represented employers in claims for wrongful termination, misappropriation of trade secret information, retaliation, harassment and discrimination in federal and state court. Alyssa has also represented employers in charges of discrimination before the Colorado Civil Rights Division. She has experience advising human resource personnel and in-house counsel of local and national companies on various employment-related issues.
