Corporation (NYSE: FNB), today announced the closing of a mezzanine financing transaction with Remote DBA Experts, LLC, a Pittsburgh, PA-based provider of remote database management services.  The mezzanine financing provided by F.N.B. Capital Corporation will be utilized to facilitate the leveraged spinout of Remote DBA Experts from parent company, Contemporary Technologies, Inc.  F.N.B. Capital Corporation's investment will also be utilized to pursue strategic growth opportunities that leverage Remote DBA Experts's position as a leading provider of remote database services.
