Foot Locker Foundation and DoSomething.org Announce Recipients of the Inaugural Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program

NEW YORK, April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Foot Locker Foundation and DoSomething.org today announced the twenty incredible recipients of the inaugural Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program. The scholarship program honors students who demonstrate academic excellence and show their strength of character and devotion to their sports and their communities. The exceptional student athletes were each awarded $20,000 scholarships for being strong leaders in the community, while exemplifying sportsmanship both on and off the field.
