For Indianapolis Family, First-Ever Garage Takeover Becomes A Reality

INDIANAPOLIS, June 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Like so many American families, the Canter family garage began to fill with various household items until parking became difficult and closing the garage door impossible. Before the takeover, going from one side of the Canter family's garage to the other required navigating around piles and stacks of sports equipment, holiday decorations and tools. They were unable to fit their cars inside on cold and snowy nights, and unable to access stored items when they needed.

On May 31, 10 semi-finalists were asked to provide additional information about their garages for a shot at the grand prize. While the nine semi-finalists received an Organization Mega Kit (MSRP $327), it was the Canter family who earned the granddaddy of all garage overhauls.
