Forest City Enterprises Notice of First-Quarter 2013 Earnings and Conference Call

CLEVELAND, May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Forest City Enterprises, Inc., (NYSE: FCEA and FCEB) will release its first-quarter 2013 financial results on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, after the NYSE close.

In order to facilitate timely communication with investors and allow for the company's participation in the NAREIT REITWeek conference, which begins Wednesday, June 5 in Chicago, the company will accelerate the timing of its usual quarterly conference call with investors, and will hold the call Tuesday, June 4 at 5:30 p.m. ET.
