He has guided six companies through acquisitions by private equity firms and strategic buyers, making him an invaluable resource for CEOs navigating growth and exit strategies.

As CEO of Lima One Capital, one of the nation's largest private mortgage lenders to real estate investors, Tennyson led Lima's exponential growth from $200 million to over $2 billion in annual originations in just four years. Under his leadership, Lima One earned national recognition, securing a spot on Inc. Magazine's list of America's Fastest Growing Companies and being named a Top Workplace, culminating in a successful acquisition by MFA Financial.

Earlier in his career, Tennyson played a pivotal role in transforming the mortgage industry. As President of Clayton Holdings and a member of Radian's executive committee, he spearheaded global mortgage strategies and rapid expansion. He also led the creation of one of the nation's largest non-prime mortgage lenders, scaling it from $100 million to over $15 billion in annual originations and selling it twice to major banks.
