Before pivoting to real estate, Scott spent over a decade on Wall Street, holding senior roles at Brookfield Asset Management and Citigroup.

White serves as a Director Emeritus of the Rutgers University Foundation and is Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of the NJ Chapter of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). He enjoys skiing, golfing, and running, and has completed an Ironman triathlon and 15 marathons. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has two daughters.
