Former comScore Chief Technology Officer Chris Nicotra Joins Verve Wireless
Nicotra assumes newly created role to further expand Verve's mobile advertising platform

(NASDAQ: SCOR) as Verve's new Executive Vice President of Product and Technology.

In this newly created role, Chris will report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Tom MacIsaac, and oversee Verve's product innovation and technology functions. Chris will be responsible for leading the next generation of Verve's advertising technology platform that provides unique mobile solutions for thousands of national, local and hyper-local publishers, as well as the national and local advertisers looking to reach Verve's network audience.
