A 35-year industry veteran and former Dell executive, Horan most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Dell's Preferred Accounts division for commercial and public sector customers.

During this time, Dell was recognized as the fastest growing storage company in the industry. Prior to his career at Dell, Horan spent 15 years at IBM in various sales and marketing positions.
In the near term, Horan plans to expand the Avalon sales and technical teams, as well as its geographic coverage, while driving further into specialized industries like education, health care and commercial enterprises.
